Doing a short sale using my special system requires an especially good agent. I need one that can do a simultaneous closing and run preliminary title reports for free or for cheap…. amongst other things.

Googling "Casey Serin" with or without quotation marks yields Wikipedia and Caseypedia as #1 and #2 results, respectively.
But, if the employer is savvy enough to search with the quotation marks, Google returns the following blurb on his Wiki article:
"In an interview conducted by ABC News, his attorney reported that Casey Serin is under investigation by the FBI, but "no charges have been brought against ..."
